You’re invited to a planning meeting for creating a New State in North California. At this meeting we’ll be working on the change in status and making the the transition smoothly on our quest for a New State. We anticipate accepting the 9th charter county to our Council in the next month or so, this will trigger significant changes in our structure and focus. This is a working meeting open to public viewing and participation.
